I was a little sore yesterday from my run the day before, I may have slightly pulled a muscle so I knew it wasnt a good idea to go for a run so instead I hopped on my bike whilst I was watching Game of Thrones.
I kept a steady pace and didn’t worry too much about how many k’s I should do, all I thought was that I needed to do some sort of exercise! So I ended up riding for 20min and got to 5k which I was happy with 🙂
Lets hope tonight I will be able to go for a job at least!!

In a previous post I wrote about getting back into fitness and how I had bought a new Exercise Bike which I figured I should update you all on!
Between myself, my boyfriend and our housemate we managed to set up the bike on the weekend. I must admit I wanted to do it all by myself but as soon as I read the instructions I had to ask for help!
